WARNING: may trigger DPC function failure

The day after I ran this app to unmask defective pixels, all 5 of the real dead pixels that I had unmasked the previous night came back and now the DPC function is entirely ineffective. I suspect the partition which stored the dead pixel configuration has become corrupted due to Hikvision using low quality flash memory and no wear leveling.
As such, I've removed the binary release; if you are willing to risk using this, compile it from source.
