The time for periodic jobs mismatch between entry box and title #273

Steps to reproduce:

Open app's settings in Advanced mode, open any Job's settings
Set the job's periodicity to "Periodic"
Set time

Bug:

the time shown at the Job title is different then time entered in the "At" field

OS: Docker (latest)
Browser: Chrome on Win 10
I'm in PST timezone, the bug was reproduce approximately at 11am

It seems to be a timezone issue, thanks for reporting.

Note: current time format change from valid timestamp to hours*60+minutes, current config wont be valid.
