Show/use get params in URL

I would like to be able to browse to a route like https://test.gif.zone:8443/?cap_value=pizza and see automatically see the results associated with pizza (currently does the default empty search). This makes it easier to link to queries and general search results. Two things need to happen to make this work:

• Making a search needs to update the browser location to include whatever url parameters resulted from the search from
• The search form should check for url parameters and set values based off those before using defaults, thus showing the expected results when the page loads
