Originally opened as adobe/brackets#1603

  1. Open Brackets with the default "Getting Started" project and then close the index.html so that it is no longer in the working set.
  2. Quit and relaunch Brackets.
  3. Try to expand the Recent Project list by clicking on the top portion of the project name (anywhere above the top edge of the down arrow).

Result: nothing happens on Windows, but okay on Mac to expand the dropdown list.
