I looked over the translation and left a couple comments. I'll place them in here as well

• On line 104 -"Выбрать каталог" it currently says "choose catalog". To say "choose folder" it would have to be "Выбрать папку".
• Line 107, I would change from "Обновления" to "обновлен".
• Line 267 should be "Получить сейчас!" without the "его".

Fixed.
Also, how about "Обновления отсутствуют" title instead "обновлен"? I think it more clearer.
