Originally opened as adobe/brackets#5644

Quick fix to change the strings.js to use INLINE_TIMING_EDITOR instead of INLINE_BEZIER_EDITOR.

I mentioned this in this comment.

This looks good. Thank you for being complete with your change, but please remove the changes to the fr and ja string files. These get updated by an automated system, and manual changes cause problems. cc@ybayer
