Neuron morphology and fluorescence measurement toolbox for MATLAB.
This MATLAB toolbox is useful for the quantification of cell morphologies - for example the morphology of dendritic spines. Along with providing volumentric and geometric data, it will also measure the fluorescence intensity of the underlying image.
