Maybe add a flag that will then prompt for this, or just a flag to define it with.

I don't think this needs to be a question in the default creation wizard.

Closing, functionality exists with blueprints.

"The easiest way, you can create a blueprint that only has a define setup with WP_Lang, and use that blueprint to install."
