Visualise brainreg registration output in napari in standard space.
This is the companion plugin to napari-brainreg which loads the data in sample space.
Based on the napari cookiecutter plugin template and napari-ndtiffs by @tlambert03
Assuming you already have napari installed, you can install napari-brainreg-standard
via pip:
pip install napari-brainreg-standard
Open napari and drag your brainreg output directory (the one with the log file) onto the napari window.
Various images should then open, including:
Image (downsampled)
- the image used for registrationatlas_name
- overlay of the atlas annoations If you downsampled additional channels, these will also be loaded.
