  1. Delete .tearDown() methods from unit test classes 

    I was previously using `.tearDown()` to clean up the Redis database.

Now, we choose a random Redis database number, and we issue `.flushdb()`
before and after every unit test, so we no longer need to do the
`.tearDown()` dance.
