All strings are hardcoded.

We would definitely like to add better support for i18n in the future, but we have not been able to take that on yet.

What, specifically, are you looking for?

We have localized our UI components in 3.x (For example: BTDropInLocalizedString).

We do not currently have a timeline for localizing 2.x. As always, pull requests are welcome.
