- 3수준에 해당하는 용도는 건축물대장 층별개요 (층용도) 또는 전유부 (용도)에 기재되어 있습니다.
- 한편 이 대표용도는 너무 세분화되어 있어 "단열지역 구분", "건물용도 구분", "규모 구분" 처리를 하는 경우 샘플수가 극단적으로 적어지게 됩니다.
- 적절한 샘플수를 확보하되 용도적 유사성을 갖도록 적절히 재구성이 필요합니다.
- 따라서, 에너지 사용 벤치마킹을 위한 건축물대장 용도체계를 준용하는 임시적 용도 카테고리 를 제시하는 것입니다.
- 임시적 용도 카테고리 입니다. 다양한 의견 수렴하여 분류 카테고리의 수정-변경-병합이 필요합니다.
- 또한 데이터 드리븐 기반의 새로운 분류 카테고리에 대한 연구가 필요합니다.
