Same as: bramstein/hyphenation-patterns#6


Add bower.json so that this package can be published in the Bower registry. I think that with this properties are enough to get it published.

@bramstein you should be the one registering it.

Sorry, I don't believe Bower is the future of front end package management, so I won't be merging in this pull request. Thanks for the effort.

I think the general trend is to just put the package up on npm and have some local tool bundle dependencies.
