This addresses #15 and maybe #13

New README looks like this now:

And the troubleshooting section:

This PR helps me very much!
I haven't really know how to do this(4. If you get the error "Cannot read property 'worksheets' of undefined", make sure you have shared your spreadsheet with your service account user.)
