Package of vRO workflows for making day 2 API calls in vRA 8.x and creating custom resource actions.

Configure the sample by updating the /Code/VMware/PVE/vRA/Core/Day 2 Factory workflow to output the appropriate VRA:Host. The default logic reads the vRA:Host from the Configuration at /Contrib/config/code.vmware.pve.vra.day2.vrahost.
