This is release v0.4 of Rental Calc. Changes/improvements:

• A first run introduction wizard has been added, to give some instruction on how to use the app.

This is release v0.3 of Rental Calc. Changes/improvements:

• Able to capture and/or import pictures of properties from the Pictures section from a property overview.

Rental Calc v0.2

This is release v0.2 of Rental Calc. Changes/improvements:

• Purchase costs, repair/remodel costs, and expense costs can now be optionally itemized in the Worksheet.
• A Estimate Income Tax item has been added to the Worksheet, which calculates the After Tax Cash Flow.
• A help description is now available for the Other Income item in the Worksheet.
• Screen rotations no longer wipe away changes in the Worksheet
