[Desktop]Brave fail to save bookmark with long name

Description

The bookmark with a lengthy Name made in the latest version won't show after restarting the brave and the deleted bookmarks will show up again. After restarting, brave only load bookmarks made in the previous version.
For example, my browser has 5 bookmarks made in the previous version. If add a new bookmark with a lengthy Name in the current version. It will be showing through the browsing session (Total 6+1 bookmark). After restarting brave only the old 5 bookmarks will be shown.

Steps to Reproduce

1. Install brave 1.13.82 Chromium: 85.0.4183.83 (Official Build) (64-bit)
2. Add a bookmark to the brave website with bookmark Name : Secure, Fast & Private Web Browser with Adblocker | Brave Browser
3. Restart the brave.

Actual result:

1. Initially with 2 bookmarks
   

2. Add bookmark with lengthy Name
   

3, After restarting brave

Expected result:

Brave should show bookmark made (even if the name is lengthy one) and the deleted bookmarks shouldn't show up

@Mayoogh Do you have sync enabled? It's possible you're losing the bookmark that way. I can't reproduce your issue on Windows with the steps you provided.
