[Bug/Bad UX] Autocomplete toggle affects features out of scope, is not accurately described in settings

The "Show autocomplete in address bar" setting also disables the search engine shorthand feature.
In my opinion, the label shown is grossly inaccurate, given that multiple features are packaged into one setting.

Personally, I love the shorthand feature, but absolutely despise the autocomplete feature because it's too clunky and inconvenient.
It's my opinion that the shorthand feature be separated entirely from autocomplete and given its own feature.
