Adaptive icon to Brave Release/Beta/Nightly

Description

Adaptive icons is a very old feature, introduced in Android 8.0 but unfortunately it does not yet exist in Brave.

An adaptive icon allows the icon format to match the icon format chosen by the manufacturer/OS.

Steps to reproduce

1. Just install Brave

Actual result

The icon does not have any shape

Expected result

The icon should follow the shape chosen by the system/launcher.
