Control Maximum Connection Limit

Description

Browser limits the max connection limit (likely the same as chrome to 6) would like to have the ability to increase the number of connections to host

Steps to Reproduce

Try to access more than 6 resources per page using the same domain

Actual result:

Request blocks until earlier request is done blocking

Brave version (brave://version info)

Could be a developer flag in the settings
