Broken link in sandboxing error message

This error message:

refers to a blurb which is no longer present on https://brave.com/linux.

This used to be important back when the SUID sandbox was broken, but since that got fixed (in brave/brave-core#4223), I imagine it's a rare corner case now.

I suggest leaving it off of the main /linux page, but writing a support article for it and change the link in the code to point to that.
