Visiting a verified YT publisher page doesn't add it to the list only playing a video adds it

Steps to reproduce

1. Clean install
2. Create wallet on staging
3. Visit a verified YT publisher page
4. Stay on the page for 10sec, doesn't add the publisher to AC list
5. Play a video from the publishers page, publisher gets added to AC list

Actual result

Visiting a verified YT publisher page doesn't add it to the list only playing a video adds it

Expected result

Visiting the publisher page should add the publisher to the AC list.
