Bug: When I switch tabs, brave has a flash screen. sometimes, it will crash without no reasons

Description

Everytime, when I swith tabs, flash screen will always occur. Sometimes, the brave crashes with no reasons

Steps to reproduce

1. create some tabs
2. switch one tab to another one
3. you will see two times of flash screen, sometimes it crashes

Actual result

flash screen, sometimes it crashes

Expected result

stable view with no flash screen
