Our marketing campaigns for Brave Firewall+VPN currently link to the informational page on the brave.com web site. Users who want to to purchase the Firewall+VPN then have to hunt around and find the payment panel. This will frustrate people. Instead, users should be taken directly to the VPN payment panel in the browser when they click on a user ad or notification or other promotional link.

@mattmcalister, which flow do we want here? Should it go to the account.brave.com/plans page, or immediately trigger purchase flow with account.brave.com/?intent=checkout&product=vpn?
In case the link question is still open, we want to reduce the number of clicks/taps required to a minimum, and, therefore, the deep link should go to the checkout intent. ie account.brave.com/?intent=checkout&product=vpn
