Some of the website icons in the sidebar are blurry and discolored

Description

When you add the websites to the sidebar, they all appear correctly. But after you relaunch Brave it appears discolored and blurry as shown in the image below.

If you visit that website after the relaunch, the color returns to normal and the blurriness disappears, but only if you visit the website in the same manner mentioned in the sidebar.

ie for Example : If the website was added to the sidebar as www.pling.com, but you went to pling.com, both links takes you to the same website, but the discoloration and blurriness will remain the same in the sidebar, it only goes away when you visit www.pling.com

Steps to Reproduce

1. Add a website in the sidebar
2. Relaunch Brave and take a look at the sidebar

Actual result :

Some website icons in sidebar appears discolored and blurry

Expected result :

The icons are displayed properly

Reproduces how often:

Every time

Brave version (brave://version info)

Some sites icons also get replaced with their letter.

Even with this option disabled it happens, if you clear browser cache on close
