Keep Session Cookies Option

Description

Please add the ability to "keep session cookies" when clearing browsing data.

Steps to Reproduce

1. Clear browsing data (ctrl+shift+del) from main window
2. View dialog for "Clear browsing data"

Actual result:

No option to keep session cookies.

Expected result:

Checkbox for "keep session cookies".

Reproduces how often:

every time.

Brave version (brave://version info)

Version 1.45.131 Chromium: 107.0.5304.110 (Official Build) (64-bit)

There’s an option that does this called “Sites always allowed to use cookies”

I definitely think this should be redesigned and revamped since even I was confused about this feature
