Put clean link in address bar

Description

Copy Clean Link is a feature that may be confusing for some users, and isn't often used if someone doesn't go out of their way to use it, so implementing a setting to use the copy clean link feature for every link would improve privacy overall for users

There should also be a fallback to copy the original link if there's a use case for it

The url bar should show the clean link when this feature is enabled

Honestly I think it’d be cool to have this feature be enabled by default, but I understand if it has to be opt-in

I think you should remove the Optional from the title. Maybe rename it to something like: cleaning URLs directly in the Address Bar.

There should be an option created in Settings: Use clean links by default -- meaning both copying clean links and stripping them on click. Seeing this issue hasn't been touched, I'm not sure if this comment is enough or perhaps I should open a separate issue...
