Recycle bin for bookmarks.

Description:

When i delete bookmarks, they will be gone forever.

Steps to Reproduce:

1. Open Brave,
2. Open bookmarks site,
3. Remove some bookmarks,
4. They will be gone forever.

Actual result:

When i delete bookmarks, they will be gone forever.

Expected result:

When i delete bookmarks, they should end up in recycle bin.
