Description

When opening a new tab with Brave, having chosen the default dark mode, the scroll bar stays in light mode.

Steps to Reproduce

  1. Chose dark mode in the settings
  2. Open a new tab

Actual result:

Expected result:

Dark theme scroll bar

Brave version (brave://version info)

1.49.128 Chromium: 111.0.5563.110 (Build officiel) (64 bits)
