Update icon in the saved bookmark popup notification

Steps to reproduce

1. Install 1.51.48
2. Open a webpage
3. Bookmark the page using the bookmark icon
4. Observe saved bookmark popup

Actual result

Saved bookmark popup has default chromium folder icon

Expected result

Should be updated to look like the below image.
