Incorrect client area width after quitting fullscreen mode with vertical tabs enabled

Description

Client area of the browser has incorrect width after going out of fullscreen with vertical tabs enabled.

Steps to Reproduce

1. Enable vertical tabs
2. Open youtube.com and start any video
3. Press F to go into fullscreen
4. Press F again to exit fullscreen

Actual result:

Web page contents are partially hidden by vertical tabs panel

Expected result:

Page contents should have correct width. You can achieve this by collapsing tabs to icon-only mode and expanding again.
