Sync chain breaks after every exit

Description

After closing my browser somehow the sync chain breaks and find a message saying the the encryption key could not be read. Also my brave wallet becomes unlinked.

Steps to Reproduce

1. Join chain
2. exit
3. reopen brave

Actual result:

Expected result: Sync Chain remains stable after relaunch
