Description

Using macOS, I visit websites (for example, a brokerage account) to download and save PDF documents to my folder. I organize files using macOS tags. When added in the file save dialogue, the tags do not actually save to the file and I must enter them again in macOS Finder.

Steps to Reproduce

  1. Open/log into a website which contains PDF documents.
  2. Start the process to download a PDF which will open a file save dialogue.
  3. Add tags to the file.
  4. Click save.
  5. Using Finder, inspect the tags of the file

Actual result:

When looking at the file in Finder, none of the tags added in the file save dialogue will be present.

Expected result:

Tags should be present.

Reproduces how often:

Reproduced every time I tested this.
