[Follow up to #27257] Rewards panel scaling incorrect when rotating device

Follow-up to #27257

Steps to reproduce

1. Launch Brave > Hamburger Menu > Settings
2. Enable Rewards Staging via QA Debug menu > Relaunch Brave
3. Tap on the Rewards icon > Enable Rewards
4. Connect account > Sign in to Uphold or Gemini account
5. Open wikipedia.com, for example
6. Make sure the device is in Portrait Mode > Tap Rewards icon to invoke the dropdown Rewards panel
7. Rotate the device to Landscape Mode > Observe
8. While the device is in Landscape Mode tap Rewards icon
9. Rotate the device to Portrait Mode > Observe

Actual result

Rewards panel is not scaling correctly when rotating device between Portrait and Landscape Mode
