Found while testing #28149
Transaction failed error message doesn't have an indicator icon in it

Steps to reproduce

1. Clean profile 1.53.x
2. Connect uphold custodian
3. Open the uphold verified pubs laurenwags.github.io
4. Open the tipping banner
5. Select the dafault/custom tip amount
6. Disconnect the network before clicking on the send contributions
7. Click on the Send contribution
8. Transaction failed error message is disaplyed but it doesn't have an indicator icon in it

As per the spec image below the icon missing is expected in Android hence closing the issue.
