Failed to call method: org.freedesktop.Notifications.GetCapabilities #3319

On Kali / Debian I get the following error when loading Brave Dev release:

Failed to call method: org.freedesktop.Notifications.GetCapabilities

Fixed by creating a file: /usr/share/dbus-1/services/org.freedesktop.Notifications.service
Contents of this file:

[D-BUS Service]
Name=org.freedesktop.Notifications
Exec=/usr/lib/notification-daemon/notification-daemon

(check if the file in Exec exists, in some releases (e.g. Arch) it is /usr/lib/notification-daemon-1.0/notification-daemon)

The fix above significantly speeds up loading Brave Dev.
