macOS AirPlay

Description

Brave should support using AirPlay to stream videos to other devices. This feature is available in Safari.

Steps to Reproduce

1. Go to a YouTube video, such as https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=FsC15IBOpxw.
2. Look for the AirPlay button, which looks like this:
   

Actual result:

There is no AirPlay button:

Expected result:

There should be an AirPlay button, like Safari:

Reproducible on current release:

• Does it reproduce on brave-browser dev/beta builds? Yes, 0.63.13.

Website problems only:

• Does the issue resolve itself when disabling Brave Shields? No.
• Is the issue reproducible on the latest version of Chrome? Yes.

I'm on v1.45.133 (Nov 25th, 2022) on macOS Monterey and it still not there.
