Brave iOS - Youtube Videos Restarting

Description:

Youtuber player in Brave iOS restarts to beginning of the video if the browser is exited (not closed), switching tabs, or if phone is put into lock.
The video player will be the actual timecode when the video was interrupted due to the above but the video itself will start from the beginning and the video will appear to buffer or at least the UI will appear to show it's buffering.
Even after refreshing the page multiple times or closing and opening the browser does not change anything the issue persists.
Moving the video player scrubber does not change where the video will begin to play based on where it is placed on the timeline.

Steps to Reproduce

1. Open a Youtube video and let the video play for sometime
2. Exit the browser, switch tabs or lock your phone
3. Open the Youtube video and try to play again

Actual result:

Video beginning at 0:00 again everytime the browser or phone is closed down.

Expected result:

Video continues to play where it was interrupted or replay where last ended after refreshing.

I can not reproduce this behaviour at all, changing tabs or putting application background and coming back to tab that plays the video, the video indicator continues from where it was left.

If you kill the application entirely and switched it back on it is expected the video will start from 0:0. This means the application is killed entirely in OS.
