Follow-up to #36892

Steps to reproduce

1. Launch Brave Beta > Three-dot menu > Settings
2. Addresses and more > Add address
3. Add some info > Done
4. Device settings > Passwords, passkeys & autofill
5. Preferred service > ⚙️ icon > Select Brave - Beta > Change
6. Launch Opera > Settings > Personal data
7. Addresses > Add address > Add some info > Save
8. Go to https://rsolomakhin.github.io/autofill/
9. Profile Autofill section > Tap any text field like Name, Address, City, etc.
10. Observe

Actual result

Brave's autofill pop-up is overlapping Opera's autofill pop-up. This happens only when you have saved the info in Opera's autofill service.

Expected result

Brave's autofill pop-up must not overlap Opera's autofill pop-up.
