youtube fullscreen doesn't work with gnome display scaling

Description

After clicking the fullscreen button on youtube videos, the video expands to full screen and then shrinks to fill only the upper-left corner.

This may be some interaction with the compositor; It doesn't appear in screenshots. This is with Fedora LInux 40, Gnome Desktop, Intel graphics, display scale factor set to 200%.

Steps to Reproduce

1. Set display scaling to 200% on Gnome desktop
2. Visit https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=LXb3EKWsInQ
3. Video should autoplay
4. Press k to enter fullscreen
5. Allow video to play for five seconds or so

Actual result:

Video shrinks to fill only a quarter of the display, with the rest left blank.

Expected result:

Video should fill the display.

Reproduces how often:

It's reliable if display scaling is set. I can't reproduce with the scale set to 100%.

1.67.70 Chromium: 125.0.6422.26 (Official Build) nightly (64-bit)

Seems this is another --ozone-platform=wayland issue. I can't reproduce in Nightly with ozone platform x11.
