The "Closed XXX tab Undo" notification takes unreadable amount of time to disappear, like 20~30 seconds and it will block the bottom menu of popular Website like youtube

Steps to reproduce

1. open youtube, then open a new tab
2. close the new tab
3. Then you will see the "Closed XXX tab Undo" notification, and how long it will take to disappear

Actual result

The "Closed XXX tab Undo" notification takes unreadable amount of time to disappear, like 20~30 seconds

Expected result

The "Closed XXX tab Undo" notification takes reasonable amount of time to disappear, like 5 seconds
Or just let us disable this thing, it's quite annoying & useless
