Brave cluttering systemd journal logs with " Warning: Desired height too large, changed to 135" when send resolution is 180p in google meet

Description

Every few seconds brave spits out about 80 lines of logging info to the systemd journal with the text:
Warning: Desired height too large, changed to 135

Steps to reproduce

1. Start a google meet session
2. Click on the google meet settings
3. Click on the video tab
4. Select Low Definition (180p) Send resoution in the "Send Resolution" setting

Actual result

The systemd journal becomes cluttered with Warning: Desired height too large, changed to 135 messages

Expected result

No cluttering of journal

On second thoughts, this seems to be an issue with the webrtc component, specifically the vp9 encoder.
