Description

With the latest update, there is a gap between the top of the window and the tab. Previously, you could click the top of the window to switch tabs, but now you can often misclick, resulting in poor UX.
See https://www.reddit.com/r/brave_browser/comments/1eceeco/how_to_revert_to_old_tab_style/ for more details.

Steps to reproduce

  1. Open multiple tabs.
  2. Maximize the browser window.
  3. Attempt to click tabs by clicking at the top of the window.
