Bookmark separator is difficult to see in dark mode on bookmarks bar

Description

On the bookmarks bar, when dragging bookmarks into folders, the separator that indicates where the bookmark will land once dropped is colored black:

While the close-up image looks alright, the black tends to blend in with the browser dark theme colors, often making it hard to see.

This color should be brighter/more obvious for easier visibility.

Suggestion:

☝️On Bookmarks manager page, separators or colored orange and easily visible on the dark background. This is also more theme/brand appropriate.

I see no separator at all and don't see a way to add one, where they removed?

Was there ever any response to @tmikaeld? Bookmark separators, or rather the lack thereof, are one of my few major complaints with this browser currently.

I have the same question: I came here looking for a way to set a bookmark separator (or to ask for such a feature to be made available, if there was none).
