Unable to fill out the online PDF's

Steps to Reproduce

1. Open Brave
2. Right-click on any sample fillable PDF file and open it with brave

SampleForm-1.pdf

Actual result:

Unable to fill out the online PDF's - fillable fields are not highlighted

Expected result:

User should be able to fill out the online PDF files, also fillable fields should be highlighted
