Last visited tab content gets stuck(or printed) on the Video screen area

Description

If I turn on a youtube video and change between tabs, and then go back to the youtube video, the video area would have the previous tab content stuck on it.
This goes away if I reload, but can stay on for ever if I don't, even while the video is still playing.

I can't reproduce it every time but if it happens again, I'll post an image.

Steps to Reproduce

1. Open youtube, play some video
2. Open other tabs and visit
3. Change back to youtube

Actual result:

Video area is covered with content from previous tab.

Expected result:

Video should show the video content

Reproduces how often:

Has happened 3-4 times within a week

Brave version (brave://version info)

@intin1beep What OS and version are you using? Can you update to the latest Brave 69.132 via brave://settings/help and see if this is still an issue?
