Please provide a toggle to let websites change the toolbar color

I would like to let websites change the toolbar color on Android. Currently it is always off in in dark mode and always on in white mode. But I think a toggle would be better to trigger it independent from the dark or white mode.

Good Theme setting options could otherwise look like this (but it shouldn't necessarily be bound to the theme).
