Clicking on youtube item in playlist while its offline saving displays error/stops video

Description:

Clicking on item on playlist while its offline saving displays resource error message and stops video. User is unable to play the video without removing or waiting until it saves offline and open/close playlist.

Does not impact iPad

Steps to Reproduce

1. Clean Install
2. Navigate to url: https://m.youtube.com
3. Select a longer video to play
4. Add video to playlist using the playlist bar icon
5. In playlist, click on the item in the list during its offline saving

Actual result:
There was a problem loading the resource error message displays and video stops

Video should play or become in focus if currently playing
