  • Describe the issue you encountered:
    opening about:* using shortcuts/context menus should activate the tab if it is already open, but it opens a new tab instaed

  • Platform (Win7, 8, 10? macOS? Linux distro?):
    All

  • Brave Version (revision SHA):
    62f69f1

  • Steps to reproduce:

    1. Open a new window
    2. Open prefs with the menu
    3. Open another tab
    4. Open prefs again with the menu
  • Actual result:
    A new tab opens

  • Expected result:
    The existing tab should be activated

  • Will the steps above reproduce in a fresh profile? If not what other info can be added?
