Support multi-user multipass scenario. Multiple users on a machine can now reuse the same
bravetoolsVM - they will get specific LXD profiles and storage devices, and will reuse the same bravetools bridge.For multiple users to access the same multipass VMs they may need to authenticate.
Also fix issue where redeploying unit of same name will delete one that is running.
